Event Ticket Refunds

Dubs South Campout is a rain or shine event, tickets are non-refundable, however;

If you no longer want to attend the event because you have changed your mind, we have a 14-day return policy for weekend passes bought from the Dubs South Campout website, which means you have 14 days from the day you purchase your pass to request a return. Once all tickets have sold out from the website, we will no longer be able to offer refunds.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@dubssouthcampout.co.uk. 

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and if accepted, we will alert you once we have issued the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Event Ticket Transfers

You are welcome to sell your ticket and transfer on to another person up to 2 weeks before the event. Ticket transfers within 2 weeks prior to the event are prohibited due to ticket allocation and logistics. Dubs South Campout will not be responsible to re-sell your ticket for you.

Rolling Over Tickets

If you’re no longer able to attend the event, or have changed your mind, please try to resell your ticket either to friends, family or on social media. We are unable to roll over tickets to the following year if you’re unable to attend.
